The management team at Westates is comprised of the following individuals:
- Corey Johnson – President: Corey has been with the company since October 2008. Prior to joining Westates, he worked in the financial industry for 25 years.
- Stan Rowlan – Vice President: Stan has been with the company since its inception and is responsible for business development and the coordination of construction activities of the company. Stan has been involved, in developing or building, 950 apartments and townhomes. He has also developed over 1,700 residential lots.
- Travis Taylor, PE – Vice President: Travis has been with the company for 6 years and handles project design and development. He is also responsible for the bidding and estimating for the company. Travis is a licensed professional engineer having worked in both the private and public sector. Prior to joining Westates he was the engineer for the City of Herriman.
- Loren Anderson, CPA – CFO: Loren is the CFO of the company and manages the accounting staff. Loren has been with the company for 6 years. Prior to joining Westates Loren worked for Deloitte and Touche, LP.
